Digital downloads
Digital products, including the Cable Reset Workbook, are delivered as files immediately after purchase. Because they cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final once the download has been accessed.
If a file is corrupted or incomplete, or a download link does not work, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. Please email us before leaving a review — we would rather solve it.
EU and UK customers: by completing your purchase and accessing the download, you ask us to supply the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. If you have not accessed the download, that right still applies for 14 days.
Physical items: 30 days
You have 30 days after receiving a physical item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at collingallegos0218@gmail.com and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send a photo first — in most cases we will ship a replacement rather than make you wait for a return to arrive.
Non-returnable items
Digital downloads once accessed, as described above. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If physical merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Digital downloads are covered by the separate terms above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at collingallegos0218@gmail.com.
