30 days, no interrogation
If the kit is not right for your setup, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to justify the decision to us.
Condition
Items should come back in usable condition with the original packaging where you still have it. Opening the box and trying the clips on your desk is expected — that is the only way to know if it works for you, and it does not void your return.
Who pays return shipping
- We do — if the kit arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered. We will send a prepaid label.
- You do — if you simply changed your mind.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us a photo before sending anything back. In most cases we will ship a replacement straight away rather than make you wait for a return to arrive first.
Refund timing
Once your return reaches us we process the refund to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes a few more business days to show it.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will cancel it outright — no return needed.
